We have five levels. The list contains what the swimmers will learn in their class

Monkey

Pre-Beginner

Advanced Beginner

•Kicking with board &  face in the water & side breathes

••Swimming almost fully independently (with help)

•Treading 

•Swim, turn, pause 

• Survival Swimming 

  • Jumping and swimming back to wall 

  • Jump and swim to other side 

  • Jump,tread, float, swim to wall 

    • With and without goggles 

•Kicking on back  

• Start learning freestyle & backstroke

 

For kids who are comfortable in the water, know some skills, but need to learn to swim to medium distances by themselves

Intermediate

•Swimming fully independently 

•Swimming length of pool & laps 

•Streamline

•Floating in deep end 

•Treading mastery 

•Survival Swimming 

  • Jump in and swim back to wall

  • Swim entire lap (w/o goggles too)

  • Jump, tread , float, swim 

  • Survival swimming with clothes 

•Switching between treading and floating

•Emphasis on practices strokes and skills 

•Freestyle 

•Backstroke 

•Side Breathes

For kids who can swim by themselves some distances, but need to work on strokes 

Elephant

Advanced
